Methods of Implant Placement

The advantages of this implant placement method include good visibility during the operation and the ability to more accurately position silicone or cohesive silicone implants. - Transumbilical implantation is performed through an incision in the navel area. The advantage of this technique is that only one scar remains after the operation, located outside the breast area. Regardless of the type of implantation, the procedure is performed under general anesthesia. Most patients leave the clinic on the same day as the procedure or the following day. Patients can move independently a few hours after the operation.
During the first week after implantation, there is slight inflammation, which then subsides. Physical activity is not recommended for 2-4 weeks.
